The Fat Bloke Sevens is an opportunity for overweight, unfit, poorly skilled and generally wobbly rugby players to take part in a Sevens competition with like-minded, and bodied, individuals and teams. This has become the premier event of its kind and has spawned many flattering offspring. more

This Years Event

2008
The FAT BLOKES returns to Reading Abbey RFC again for 2008 and it's looking like it's going to be another brilliant year for the tournament.

We already have our 24 mens teams, 6 ladies teams and there is also the possibility of a Mini's event on the Sunday preceeding the annual 15-a-side charity match.
